International Sale Management (ISM) was founded in 1985 by the late Reginald F. Oldham DSO, OBE. The late Mr. Oldham came to St.Kitts on loan from British Civil Service with the task of developing the Frigate Bay area of St.Kitts, including negotiations for the 18th hole championship golf course that was planned at the time. The golf course had been in operation successfully for many years.

After the completion of his contract, he branched off to the private sector, forming International Sales Management (ISM). Our main business is in Real Estate, Property Management and Consultancy Services with a view to aiding economic development of the region. For the past twenty years, we have been involved with the key projects on the island, including: The Royal St.Kitts Hotel and Casino, now known as Jack Tar Village Resort and most recently, Paradise Beach Resort now called The Angelus.

We manage dozens of properties throughout the island, serving a truly international client base from as far a field as Finland, Russia, Yugoslavia, India, Qatar, Switzerland and China. Today as in the past, Mr. Oldham's vision of developing St.Kitts by providing the very best in Real Estate business services has continued to be our guiding principle.
